We are very pleased with the success of our Crystalex flagship store in Prague, which won 3rd place in the Visa Czech Top Shop competition. This competition annually recognizes the best brick-and-mortar stores in the Czech Republic.
The evaluation is based on anonymous visits by evaluators throughout the year, which examine the level of the store in terms of customer experience, quality of service and overall atmosphere. The best stores then go forward to the final evaluation by an expert jury.
The award was presented to the manager of our Flagship store Marcela Neradová at the final gala evening. We thank the whole team of the shop for their great work and all the customers who come to us for the joy of glass.
