Availability of assortment
A, B, C Core: how to understand accessibility
Each Crystalex collection is classified into one of three availability categories. The category determines whether the item is in stock ready for shipment or whether it is made to order. This is essential information for order planning and lead times.
A-Core
In stock - maintained stock, fast shipping
A-Core collections are included in a permanent production program with a maintained stock. They have priority in production and shipment scheduling, so lead times are significantly shorter than other categories. Ideal for HoReCa operations, wholesale distribution and e-commerce stores with quick turnaround.

B-Assortment
On request - production upon confirmation
B-Assortment collections are not in stock as standard. They are added to the production schedule upon order confirmation. Delivery time is longer than for A-Core.

- Possibility to combine with A-Core in one order
C-Assortment
Custom production - longer lead times, higher volumes
The C-Assortment category includes collections produced exclusively to order, usually in larger minimum quantities. Coordination with the sales department required.
