Protection of whistleblowers
In accordance with the relevant provisions of Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the protection of whistleblowers, Crystalex CZ, s.r.o. has set up an internal whistleblowing system for reporting suspected violations.
THESE NOTIFICATIONS CAN BE MADE:
- via the electronic notification form at:
https://www.podanioznameni.cz/whistleblowing?lid=1b1058e9cb9ac0cdfe66b44709e0a7f9 - by telephone at +420 602 531 720, +420 724 477 473 on working days from 8:00 a.m. toa 2:00 p.m.
- emailem na adrese whistleblowing@crystalex.cz
- in person at Crystalex CZ, s.r.o., B. Egermanna 634, 473 13 Nový Bor, after prior telephone agreement with the person at the above telephone numbers.
In addition to the above-mentioned internal notification system, notifications can also be submitted through the portal of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic available at https://oznamovatel.justice.cz/.
In accordance with the requirements of the above-mentioned Act, Crystalex CZ, s. r. o. will inform the notifier within 7 days of receipt of the notification and within 30 days of the solutions adopted (or, in justified cases, an extension of the deadline for addressing the measures adopted due to the complexity of the investigation of the notification).
Crystalex CZ, s.r.o. has taken effective measures to protect the whistleblower in accordance with Act 171/2023 Coll. At the same time, a system has been set up to deal with such notifications and to prevent or remedy any possible wrongdoing by the company.
