I. Organiser of consumer competitions
The organiser of the consumer competitions is Crystalex CZ, s. r. o, with its registered office at Masarykovo nábřeží 236/30, 110 00 Prague 1 – Nové Město, ID No.: 28542673, registered under file number C 149125 with the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter”).
A consumer competition is a competition, survey or other event for prizes that is organised for consumers in direct connection with the promotion of the Promoter’s products and services in accordance with Section 2(1)(v) of the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”).
II. Information about competitions
Information about the competitions will be published on the organiser’s social media profiles on a case-by-case basis:

The Promoter hereby declares that the Competitions are in no way organised, operated, sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with META PLATFORMS IRELAND LIMITED, registered office at Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2k5, Ireland, registration number 462932, via Facebook or Instagram (collectively “Meta” or “Social Media”). By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge that Meta is not responsible for the content of the Competition and that Meta shall have no liability to entrants in respect of the Competition.
The Promoter announces the competition by publishing a social media post containing information about the winning prize and setting out the detailed termas, conditions, method and duration of the competition (“Competition Post”).
III. Participants in competitions
The Contests are held in the Czech Republic and are open to natural persons over the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”). Participant must have an active profile on the relevant social network and must comply with its rules. The Promoter is entitled to verify the age of the Participant upon the Promoter’s request to the Participant.
Employees of the organiser and persons close to them within the meaning of Section 22 of the Civil Code are excluded from the competition.
The organiser reserves the right to:
- exclude from the competitions at any time a participant whose conduct is illegal, immoral or otherwise inappropriate, or which violates the terms of conduct of the social network in question. The Promoter’s decision to exclude a Participant is final;
- check the truthfulness of the data provided by the participants and exclude them from the competitions in case of violation of the rules;
- disqualify an Entrant who is reasonably suspected of having attempted to circumvent the Competition Rules or in any way acted in breach of this document or attempted to fraudulently influence the outcome of the Competitions, including the use of multiple social media profiles to compete under the same name.
IV. Winning competitions
Unless the competition entry states otherwise, the winners will be determined by a draw conducted by the Promoter (hereinafter referred to as the “Winner”).
The announcement will be made by commenting on the competition entry. The winners will be contacted by private message on the social network, in which they will be invited to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond to this message within 5 days of sending it, the Promoter will conduct an alternative winner draw or similarly select an alternative winner according to the method of determining the winner in accordance with the competition entry.
Unless otherwise agreed between the Promoter and the Winner, the prize will be handed over at the dispensing point listed on the Promoter’s website.
V. Privacy Policy
By entering the competition, the participant agrees to the processing of personal data provided within the scope of the competition by the organiser as the personal data controller.
It also grants this consent for the purpose of evaluating the competition and further marketing processing in accordance with § 77 et seq. and § 84 et seq. of the Civil Code, free of charge.
In particular, this includes consent to the use of the name and photograph of the prize presentation in the media and on the organiser’s website for a period of 5 years from the date of consent or participation in the competition.
With regard to the processing of personal data by the organiser, the participant has the right to:
- access to personal data, according to which he or she can obtain information on whether his or her personal data are processed, for what purpose, what is the scope of the personal data processed and to whom else the data may have been disclosed,
- Correction of inaccurate or incorrect data or completion of incomplete data;
- erasure of the data if the purpose of the processing ceases to exist or if the personal data are processed unlawfully;
- restriction of the processing of personal data;
- the portability of personal data, under which a participant may obtain personal data relating to him or her in a structured and machine-readable format;
- to object to the processing of personal data or to profiling;
- lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority, which for the territory of the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection, located at Pplk. Sochora 27, Prague 7, 170 00, in the event that it finds that the controller or processor has violated its legal obligations.
The above-mentioned authorisations may be exercised by the participant in writing at the organiser’s registered office or by e-mail, i.e. by sending an e-mail to info@crystalex.cz. The participant may withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data at any time. If you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data after entering the competition but before the prize is announced, you will lose the opportunity to win the prize.
VI. Final Provisions
The Promoter reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the competition at any time without refund. The participant has no legal claim to win the Promoter’s competition.
By participating in the competitions, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
